I have a question for the multitude:
We all know about "red eye" correction (the camera's strobe light bouncing off the retina) in making prints from our digital photos. However this only applies to photos of people.
I have some shots of dogs with "yellow eye" instead of red, and cannot find software to correct this. Where can I go to get 'er done?

I should mention that I'm exploring the process at http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/redeyeremoval/ss/peteye.htm --
I'll let you know how I'm doing.
Hi, my name is Peter and I am a student at the University of Cincinnati. I'm doing my senior thesis on improving the quality of Internet usage for seniors. Most of the articles I have read on the subject imply that many seniors have trouble understanding how the Internet works.
I was wondering if you had any success stories of seniors learning to use the Internet. On the other hand, if you know of any typical problems that seem to affect most seniors, I would love to hear what those are as well. Any information you can offer would be helpful. Thanks!
Peter

Excellent questio, Peter, and we really should address this more directly on the program.
There are computer & internet classes offered to seniors by many organizations, both tradition academic settings and in senior centers.
But I suspect the most effective instruction is one-on-one by a teenage grandkid!
Why not call in Tuesday and we'll pursue this?
Back to the original topic - one FREE photo viewer/editor I'm trying is available at http://irfanview.com/ - So far so good; it seems simple and stable.
